Although 2020 has been nothing short of unpredictable, you can rely on Southlake Style’s ability to spark conversation. Our fifth annual Women’s Luncheon is no exception. As we’re planning for the luncheon on Friday, October 16 at the Hilton Dallas/Southlake Town Square, we’d like to answer a few questions some of you may have before the event.
Will the event still occur if COVID-19 is still on the rise?
Yes! While it’s our goal to gather with you in person, we want to provide our attendees an option for how they’d like to be a part of our event and will be offering ticket options for both in-person and virtual attendance, especially for those who are high risk or not yet comfortable being at an event. Our top priority is the health and safety of our attendees, partners and staff and for everyone to have a choice on how they’d like to join us. Stay tuned for information about a virtual option!
If I attend the in-person event, am I required to wear a mask?
Yes. Purchasing a ticket to attend the in-person event gives us consent to enforce you will wear a mask at all times, except when you are eating.
If masks are required, should I be concerned about eating around others?
We want to make attendees as comfortable as possible. The Hilton Dallas/Southlake Town Square will arrange tables in the ballroom 6 feet apart from one another with six attendees to each 12-top table.
Are the speakers required to wear masks?
It’s important to us that our speakers are comfortable and that you’re able to hear them speak. We leave it up to their discretion to wear a mask or shield when speaking.
Do you offer refunds for unforeseen circumstances, unrelated to COVID-19?
You will receive a 100% refund if you cancel before Friday, October 9.
Will I still have a lunch option if I'm a virtual attendee?
Yes! We want our attendees to enjoy a Hilton lunch no matter the circumstance, so pick ups will be available the day of. Exact pick up times will be announced as we get closer to the event date.
Is this event for women only?
Our Women’s Luncheon is meant to bring the powerful women in our community together, but we welcome all ages, races and genders.
What is the attire?
Classy and sophisticated — dress to impress! Our photo booth is a popular attraction.

You can purchase tickets at 817Tix.com starting on September 4 through October 11.
Can the luncheon oversell?
As of July 31, we can occupy the Hilton Dallas/Southlake Town Square’s ballroom at 50% capacity, which is roughly 200 guests. As mentioned above, our team is working through the details of a virtual option in addition to the in-person event. More details will be disclosed as we approach our ticket sales opening date.

How long will ticket sales be open for?
Ticket sales close on October 11. We recommend not waiting until the last minute as last years' event sold out!
Will there be photography at the event?
Yes! Purchasing a ticket to attend the event gives us consent to take your photo.
Who are the event beneficiaries?
This year’s beneficiaries include the GRACE Transitional Housing program and Susan G. Komen Dallas County. You can read more about how they’re involved and how much of the day’s proceeds will be donated to each charity.
When does the Avon fundraiser for Susan G. Komen close?
