
Ladies should expect to lunch in style at our fourth annual Women’s Luncheon at The Marq Southlake on October 10. From 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., this event will provide something for all your senses.
As guests enjoy a stimulating keynote from CEO of the Texas Restaurant Association Emily Williams Knight, Ed.D., and are witness to a dynamic panel discussion, they will also be able to enjoy a delicious three-course lunch crafted by TRIO’s owner and chef Jason Harper.
To start off, guests will enjoy a Roasted Butternut Salad topped with toasted pumpkin seeds, mozzarella and aged balsamic. The next course will feature Confit of Joyce Farms Chicken, topped with petite greens and a truffle tomato beurre blanc, and Fall Vegetable & Parmesan Risotto. To round out the occasion, guests will be treated to a Tuxedo Cake, made with Scharffen Berger chocolate cake, white chocolate mousse and raspberry champagne coulis.
