If you’re a pumpkin-carving enthusiast with an artistic flair, don’t miss the Great Pumpkin Competition at the Southlake Public Library.  Families and individuals are invited to submit their most imaginative jack-o’-lanterns for display and judging at the library beginning Monday, Oct. 21.  Designs should be family-friendly and will remain on display throughout the week.

Texas State Representative Giovanni Capriglione, Dr. David Faltys, CISD Superintendent, Mike Tesoriero, publisher of Southlake Style magazine and Mark Guilbert, CEO of the Southlake Chamber of Commerce will make up the panel of judges who will select the winning jack-o’-lantern.  The winner will receive a spooktacular basket of candy and appear in an upcoming issue of Southlake Style magazine.
