Celebrate National Playground Safety Week in Timarron

Apr 21, 2015 08:01AM ● Published by Audrey Sellers

Do you live in Timarron? Have young kids? Head over to the Bent Creek Playground on April 21 from 4 to 5 p.m. for an Associa Supports Kids (ASK) event. April 20 to 24 is National Playground Safety Week, and the Timarron Owners Association invites the community to a free event to grab some healthy snacks while learning some playground safety tips.

Scout, the ASK mascot, will be on hand to share stories and safety facts with kids. If you’ve been wanting to start a conversation with your children about safety, outdoor play, or exercise, now’s a great time to do it.

Click here for more information about the ASK program.

Do you have a playground safety fact or tip to share?
