Spin! Pizza opened in Town Square on Wednesday and offers the Southlake community fresh Neapolitan-style pizza in a casual, contemporary atmosphere.
The first Spin! Pizza opened in 2005 in Kansas City and was a hit. Since then, many more franchises have opened across the country. The Southlake location is the third in Texas, with locations in Richardson and Las Colinas recently opening their doors for business and one near SMU to come.
The extensive menu features flavorful, fresh ingredients that are roasted daily in a stone oven before topping the pies. Customers have an abundance of options in two pizza categories: pizza rossa (red pizza with a traditional tomato sauce base) and pizza bianca (white pizza with a roasted garlic olive oil glace). Specialty 12-inch pizzas ring up at a little over $10, or for about the same price, you can get a 6-inch pie with your choice of a side salad or cup of soup. Customers can choose the regular crust or opt for whole wheat or gluten-free crust for small upcharges.
Spin! also offers appetizers, flatbreads and spreads, soups, full salads, sandwiches and paninis. With wines by the glass and bottle, plenty of craft beer options and rotating sangria flavors, you’re covered no matter your drink of choice. Spin! also makes its own all-natural gelato with rotating flavors to satisfy your end-of-the-meal sweet tooth.
Open for lunch and dinner at 1586 E. Southlake Blvd. (previously occupied by Blue Mesa), Spin! offers a huge variety of menu items with a Neapolitan flair that’s sure to be enjoyed by the whole family. Check out the video below to learn more about Spin! and get a taste of the action:
