The GRACE Gala, by all accounts, is an elegant and exhilarating night of gourmet foods, fine wines and fantastic entertainment—all for the best cause: helping those less fortunate in our community. The prestigious event will take place Saturday, October 10 at the Irving Convention Center.
Yet, the GRACE Gala also is a tremendous marketing opportunity for businesses to demonstrate their commitment to their community and their support for a mission dear to the hearts of some of their best customers and potential customers.
Levels of sponsorship bring access to an estimated 1,000 GRACE Gala guests and the 250-plus VIP Party guests. Patrons will be introduced to your brand in dynamic ways, ranging from conventional to distinguished.
Top level sponsors place ads in the Gala program and avail themselves of express VIP registration, exclusive recognition, and other VIP ‘perks’. Featured Sponsorships bring added value, with exclusive highlights during peak elements of the program.
Sponsors are encouraged also to promote their participation in the GRACE Gala by including verbiage and the GRACE Gala logo on websites, marketing materials and Gala program. Let everyone know you are “an official sponsor of the GRACE Gala”!
Corporations, local business and individuals with a kindred mission to see families in our area thrive are encouraged to inquire about a tailored sponsorship package. To maximize sponsorship exposure, availability is limited.
As GRACE’s largest fund raising event of the year, the monies raised supports the GRACE mission to provide emergency assistance to families facing hardship in Greater Northeast Tarrant County. Sponsorships range from $1,500 to $15,000. Individual tickets are $300, and a table of ten is $2,750. Auction item sponsorships are also available.
