Mark your calendars for September 17: Little Sunshine’s Playhouse (LSP) is hosting the Pediatric Brain Foundation's inaugural Southlake Gala. The event is an opportunity for the community to come together to fundraise for scientific research focused on child neurological disorders in partnership with Dynamic DNA Labs. The formal evening kicks off at 7 p.m. at the Trophy Club Country Club and will include live music, food, drinks and a silent auction with plenty of enticing items up for bid.
Tickets are $75 and include hors d’oeuvres, drinks, entertainment and free childcare. Purchase tickets online or at Little Sunshine's.
Little Sunshine’s Playhouse is committed to developing the cognitive, social, emotional and physical abilities in young children. For this reason, the school became the National Founding Sponsor of the Pediatric Brain Foundation.
The Pediatric Brain Foundation focuses on children suffering from all neurological disorders including those diagnosed with specific conditions such as brain tumors, autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome and brain trauma through collaboration with like-minded organizations, scientists, family members and physicians.
“I am very excited to announce the upcoming gala I will be hosting in honor of the Pediatric Brain Foundation, in conjunction with the founding donor, Little Sunshine’s Playhouse,” said Becky Bergman, Little Sunshine’s Playhouse operations executive, via press release.
