Grapevine. How about a four-day festival that’s fun for the entire family and also dedicated to your love of wine? You’ll find it at the 30th Annual GrapeFest in Historic Downtown Grapevine. Bring the family for a long weekend of live entertainment, carnival rides and games, delicious food, shopping and did we mention wine? This year, you can sample a variety of premium Texas wines as well as some Australian and Californian wines not available in the Lone Star State. If beer is your beverage of choice, sip some suds at the Craft Brew and Beer Pavilion where you can enjoy a variety of more than 30 craft and domestic brews. On Saturday, test your champagne -uncorking skills at the Champagne Cork Shoot Off. Prizes are in store for the top three people who shoot the cork the farthest.

And be sure to bring your appetite! You’ll want to get a taste of popular festival foods such as corn dogs, funnel cakes, turkey legs, pizza and more. Great local restaurants will also be open and serving their delicious dishes. If you’re looking for a sweet treat, indulge in a frosty snow cone, some cotton candy or even a root beer float. You’re sure to find some great live entertain- ment with a variety of musical acts performing every day on the Grapevine Mills Main Stage, Michelob Ultra Gazebo Stage and the Palace Theatre Stage. If you love Italian automobiles, then head over to Nash Farm and check out more than 80 vehicles including Lamborghinis and Ferraris at The ItalianCarFest. Don’t let the day pass you by without stopping by the carnival and midway for some fun games and rides for kids of all ages. Bring on the good times (and the wine)!
