Texas is No. 2 State to Start a Business

If you have an entrepreneurial mind, the Lone Star State is a great place to be. Texas is the country’s No. 2 state to start a business, according to WalletHub, a personal-finance website. North Dakota ranked first; Utah ranked third.

In the study, WalletHub’s analysts compared the 50 states across three key dimensions: business environment, access to resources and business costs.
