Pilates is amazingly effective at conditioning the core muscles, improving posture and balance, enhance flexibility and prevent back pain. This mat-based Hot Pilates series is truly a powerhouse workout.
Barre You don't have to be a dancer or look like a dancer to enjoy the benefits of this class. We turn up both the heat and the energy to elongate, strengthen and tone your muscles.
Functional Fitness classes are designed for all levels. The combination of weights and cardio burst will get the body moving and make your whole body come alive again.
Cycle is a cardiovascular, butt kicking workout on a stationary bike for a sweaty ride of your life. Prepare to be immersed in a 45-minute ride that combines rhythm based sprints and intervals, choreographed to heart thumping music. Hand weights and dynamic movement are incorporated into each ride, making the experience a high- energy fat-burning cardio workout that will transform your mind and body.
