Katherine has been with TITLE for two years now. After attending classes two times a week for a year at TITLE, her house tragically burned down and she lost everything including her dog. She felt like giving up but our TITLE trainers were able to help Katherine focus on the positive. She began to attend more of our POWER HOUR classes and looked forward to getting into the club to see her TITLE Family! Since her journey has begun with TITLE, she has lost weight and has toned out. Her best advice to give those just beginning their journey; work hard in each class because you will get out what you put in.
