Chef Omar Flores brings a wealth of experience and a deep appreciation for his culinary heritage to the table. Trained at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, Flores has honed his skills in some of the finest kitchens across the country, working with both renowned chefs and celebrated restaurants. Now he’s carved a niche for himself with his innovative approach to Tex-Mex cuisine through his own concept in Southlake, Muchacho.
