The options go on, and chef Adam Kovac is on hand to make sure you leave satisfied. Kovac fell in love with cooking from seeing the pure enjoyment on people’s faces after they ate his food. He recalls an incident in which a woman tried the waffle special and told him she could eat it every day. The ability to have a positive effect on people is his No. 1 driving force in the kitchen.
