Since 1953, Associated Time Instruments has been providing time and attendance solutions for customers all across the state of Texas. Sixty-six years later, Stacey Archer and her stepdaughter Lauren are continuing to help their customers stay up-to-date in terms of technology and regulations.
Stacey first started working for Associated Time’s human resources department when her husband Christopher purchased the company in 2012. While she spent most of her career working in sales, Stacey says she fell right into her role as the benefits coordinator, working to provide real solutions for the company’s customers and employees alike.
Meanwhile, Lauren joined Associated Time after she graduated with an advertising and marketing degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 2011. Eight years later, Lauren is still passionate about what she does, growing the company’s base to over 65,000 customers and counting.
Together these hard-working women help make Associated Time a leader in the time labor management industry — and it’s all in the name of family.
