It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas as thebrCity of Southlake prepares for its annual tree lighting ceremony in Town Squarebron Saturday evening. This year’s holidaybrfun begins at 5:30 p.m. and includes live entertainment by local choirs and thebrSouthlake Community Band. There willbralso be a variety of holiday-themed activities for everyone in the family tobrenjoy including carriage rides, photos with Santa, holiday refreshments and thebrpopular snow tube hill. Experience thebrrush of sliding down a 12-foot high, four-lane snow hill!
Be sure and gather ‘round the Christmas tree at 6:30brp.m. to see Mayor John Terrell and Old St. Nick flip the switch to light the majesticbrtree with thousands of lights. Thebrholidays are not complete without giving a wish list to Santa, so don't missbrseeing him in person at Santa's Village. brThe evening will also include radio personality, Tony Lopez, from 94.9brKLTY as the emcee.
