Compass Real Estate has opened a permanent office in Southlake inside Granite Place. The 13,500 square-foot space, located at 550 Reserve Street, Suite 650 inside Southlake Town Square, will act as the real estate technology company’s home base.
The office features an open floor plan and will be home for more than 75 Compass agents. These agents serve all over the Metroplex including in the Southlake, Colleyville, Grapevine, Keller, Trophy Club, Westlake, Irving, Las Colinas and Coppell markets.

Compass launched in the Metroplex in 2018 and has more than 500 agents spread throughout North Texas. Compass at large was founded in 2012 and has agents in more than 100 cities in the country.
