
Southlake’s class-A office space continues to grow, with Granite Properties opening its second five-story building at 601 State Street.
Located within the shopping and entertainment district of Southlake Town Square, the second phase of the popular high-rise office complex began construction in May 2022 and adds 143,500 square feet of leasable space. Granite Place II offers move-in ready workspaces, or what they call “Ready Suites” that range from 1,900 to 5,000 square feet and have full access to the amenities of both buildings. Amenities include outdoor work and meeting spaces, a fitness center, on-site food service, covered parking and more.
Demand continues to be strong as Granite Properties announced the space is already 18% leased prior to opening.
