Granite Place is growing. With the first phase initially constructed in 2017, Granite Place began construction on a new 143,000-square-foot office building that will be adjacent to the original building, according to a press release.
“With Granite Place II, we’re building on the success of Granite Place I, which is 100% leased. Customers will enjoy a modern work experience and all of the walkable amenities in Southlake Town Square,” Will Hendrickson, the senior managing director of Granite Properties, says via press release. “The building is ideally positioned for companies drawn to Southlake, a suburb nationally recognized for its high quality of life and city-like conveniences, to help attract top talent and grow their business.”
