On its Facebook page, StretchLab is doing live-stream workouts with its trainers. So if your body gets tired from sitting on the couch or you decide to watch it to start the day, tuning into StretchLab’s videos is a great way to stretch your body and feel good even if you’re stuck at home.

Another great option for at-home workouts is Core Fusion Pilates & Yoga. If you’re a current client, you can download Zoom and schedule classes as usual — and then an hour before the class, you’ll get an email that will allow you to access the class when it’s time. Champions Club is another fantastic choice if you’re looking for ways to work out at home. On its Facebook page, Champions Club posts Facebook Live videos of its trainers doing exercises as part of the club’s LiveFit challenge. Champions Club also offers post-workout exercises for you to do yourself!

Along with Facebook Live videos posted periodically on its Facebook Page, The Bar Method also offers online classes through its website. Whether you use your kitchen island or fireplace mantle as a bar, you’re sure to get a great workout with Bar Method!

If you want a workout that feels less like a workout and more like fun, check out Jazzercise Southlake’s Facebook page! Jazzercise Southlake hosts some virtual classes on Facebook Live and if you’re a current member, the studio has a private Facebook group where workouts are posted. Not a current member? For those who love a hardcore workout, Texan Fitness is where it’s at. The Crossfit gym posts workout exercises almost every day of the week on its Facebook page. From burpees and planks to lunges and jumping jacks, you will definitely feel the burn during these workouts.

Power Pilates Southlake is another great option for working out at home. The gym posts workout videos on Facebook for you to follow. The videos stay around 30 to 40 minutes, so working out won’t take long, even though it may feel like it!
