The Parkview Residences, located in The Garden District at Southlake Town Square, is bringing bling to town with a striking lobby and entrance.
After stopping by one of their open houses, we got a feel for the individual floor plans and interiors for these high-class condominiums, but the property’s latest renderings prove that the entire building will add flair to Southlake Town Square.
After making their way through the Glass Durango doors, guests and residents will walk under the build’s unique teal glass light fixtures set over a mosaic tile floor. The entrance gives locals a straight shot into the building’s main elevator with a laser-cut bronze metal panel.
But before darting up to their residences, locals can fawn over the lobby’s glossy aesthetic. With three crystal ring chandeliers on a raised ceiling, the entire room feels luxurious. Not to mention the diamond-shaped wood floor with brass inserts and marble tile flooring.
With all the shimmering metallics and comfortable décor, it’s easy to see why Southlake citizens are already ready to move in. Even though the building still has a lot of construction to undergo, and has a projected completion date slated for fall 2019, there are only 15 residences left for sale. So act fast if you want to move in. To learn more, stop by their sales center or visit their website: OwnSouthlake.com.
