The new office project, Granite Place, will be located on Highway 114 just east of North Carroll Boulevard next to the Southlake Hilton Town Square. The property is designed to include an attached parking garage, on-site fitness center, meeting facility and an upscale restaurant. Currently in the design process with Beck Architecture, Granite anticipates the project will be ready for occupancy late 2016.
