Recently, the Keller City Council unanimously approved plans for various tenants, including a Sherwin-Williams store and approved signage for Moviehouse & Eatery.
The Sherwin-Williams will be built next to the recently completed Freddy's Frozen Custard and Steakburgers on Keller Parkway.
Additionally, the Moviehouse & Eatery representative said they hope to have the location up and running by August, which will be located on Rufe Snow Drive.
Also on the schedule — as part of the city's Consent Agenda — council members offered an economic incentive package to Feedstore BBQ.
One of Southlake's most popular independent restaurants, Feedstore BBQ is considering a location on Main Street in Keller.
On a similar note, the city received the building permit application for Texas Blue Steakhouse, which the city council approved back in November 2013.
The 6,000 square-foot, two-story restaurant and office building will be located at Main and Taylor streets in Old Town.
