This prestigious designation is given by the ScenicbrCity Certification Program of Scenic Texas, the first in the United States tobrincorporate a comprehensive set of model standards for design and developmentbrof public roadways and public spaces into one program. Cities apply to thebrprogram and undergo a rigorous evaluation and scoring of existing municipalbrstandards against the model. Those with the highest evaluation scores earnbrcertification.
