Construction on Cambria Southlake DFW North in Kimball Park, a mixed-use development at Texas 114 and Kimball Avenue, has begun according to mid-July reports by the Fort Worth Star-Telegram and The Dallas Morning News.
The site is a to-be-built building to be constructed by approximately Jan. 1, 2016, according to JLL, a financial and professional services firm that specializes in commercial real estate and investment management. The building is a 4-story, 113,840 contiguous RSF with 28,460 SF floor plates, JLL reports. Parking ratio up to 6 per 1,000 SF with executive parking beneath the building. On-site 175-room Cambria hotel with fitness center, conference center and executive boardrooms.
This marks the second Texas location for Cambria. "Currently, 24 Cambria properties are open and 25 are under development in the U.S. and Canada," the Star-Telegram reports. "Choice Hotels has 6,300 hotels in 35 countries and territories."
