Twenty-seven young women from the graduating class of 2015 have been recognized for their involvement and time in the National Charity League, Southlake Chapter. National Charity League is a mother/daughter philanthropic organization that spans a six-year membership (7th -12th grade) in which girls participate in volunteerism, leadership and cultural activities.
A formal celebration at the Hilton Southlake Town Square will take place in late May highlighting the girls' involvement in the above activities. The evening will include a presentation, dinner, father/daughter dance and college announcements.
Deanna Eubank and Cathy Lee have chaired the event, which is themed Home is Where the Heart Is. Other important individuals involved with the ceremony include; the mistress of ceremonies, Cathy Evans Moore (CISD teacher and NCL Member); Senior Class President, Brooke Hottois; and NCL Southlake Chapter President, Colleen Monroe.
