Recentlybrreleased U.S. Census Bureau data suggests a decline in the nation's collegebrenrollment for the second year in a row. Similar data from the Census Bureau inbrthe past few years has also indicated that the average national high schoolbrgraduation rate is a little more than 80 percent. In the same study, it wasbrdetermined that a large part of the decline took place in two-year collegebrenrollment. These community, or junior, colleges experienced a 10 percentbrdecline in enrollment from 2012 to 2013, while enrollment at four-year collegesbrgrew slightly (1 percent).
