The recently announced WholebrFoods Market location in Colleyville is receiving its newest neighbor, abr13,500 square-foot Petco Animal Supplies store.
The pet specialty store will serve as the junior anchor tobrthe gourmet grocer, according to Colleyville EconomicbrDevelopment Director Marty Wieder.
Petco recently signed an agreement and the store will bebrready to open this summer alongside Whole Foods. The store will join severalbrother tenants that will make up the shopping center known as Colleyville Downs.
Other stores featured in Colleyville Downs include Matt'sbrRancho Martinez, Einstein Brother's Bagels, Orange Theory Fitness and Zoe'sbrKitchen.
This will be the second Petco location in the Grapevine,brColleyville and Southlake area. The anticipated arrival of Colleyville Downsbrwill be located at 4801 Colleyville Blvd.
