HMK Will Set up Shopbrin Southlake Town Square
A new store concept from Hallmark Cards called HMK will bebrcoming to Southlake Town Square, according to Retail Properties ofbrAmerica. HMK is a boutique-style retail experience featuring variousbritems, including home décor, children's gifts, accessories and Hallmarkbrgreeting cards. The store is focused on in-store personalization, which usesbrthe latest technology that appeals to tech-savvy shoppers.
The Southlake Town Square HMKbrlocation will be the first in Texas and the second retail location nationwide.
"Southlake Town Square isbrknown for attracting new concepts early, such as the first Boston Proper andbrthe first Soft Surroundings in Texas," says Jason Kasal, vice president,brsenior leasing director, south region. "We are excited to be home to thebrfirst HMK in Texas and think their personalization and customization will reallybrappeal to our customers."
HMK is expected to open atbrSouthlake Town Square early this month.

Centennial Real Estate has alsobrpurchased other land in the area, including the space currently occupied by RicebrKing Express and Sonic .brThese locations are slated for redevelopment in preparation for future tenants.brNew businesses set to open this year in addition to Whole Foods Market includebrMatt’s Tex Mex, Einstein Bros.
