It may not come as a surprise, but Southlake citizens have some really good credit.
WalletHub released its list of 2019 Cities with the Highest and Lowest Credit Scores and along with 11 other cities, Southlake ranked 24th out of 2,572 cities, with a median credit score of 769. To get this ranking, WalletHub compared median credit scores for 2,572 cities as of September 2018, based on TransUnion data.
Only one other city in Texas topped Southlake and that was Colleyville, which was one of four cities ranked at 11 with a median credit score of 775. Dallas and Fort Worth were ranked 2,269 and 2,210 respectively while Houston ranked above both of them at 2,187.
With regard to cities closer to Southlake, Grapevine ranked at 803, Keller ranked at 301 and Flower Mound ranked at 194.
