Art lovers will rejoice this weekend as Southlake celebrates its local arts scene.
On Sunday, May 1, the Southlake Arts Council will present the first-ever art show reception at town hall, according to MySouthlakeNews.com. Earlier this spring, the council received over 70 art submissions from 24 Southlake artists. From there, 15 artists were selected to be featured in the art show, where residents can come and appreciate their work while enjoying music and refreshments.
The art show will take place at 5 p.m. this Sunday at 1400 Main Street. The exhibit will remain open until July 1.
