In an effort to buildbrawareness and curb un-safe activities SouthlakebrStyle has teamed up with The City of Southlake and the Southlake PolicebrDepartment to bring a series of public service announcements called “Un-SafebrSouthlake”. The campaign, aimed atbrmaking Southlake a safer place to live, was first seen when the print ad “DistractedbrDriving” ran in the Augustbrissue.
The youngest and mostbrinexperienced drivers are most at risk for distracted driving. 16 percent ofbrall distracted driving crashes involve drivers under the age of 20. At anybrgiven moment, drivers of all experience levels-in more than 660,000 vehiclesbrare using cell phones or distracted driving during business hours.

With more than 47,000 vehicles traveling onbrSouthlake Boulevard daily, we need to keep our focus on what lies ahead becausebrit only takes three seconds to change a life forever.
