WHY DID YOU LAUNCH SOUTHLAKE CONCIERGE?
As I met new friends in Southlake, I realized how busy everyone was. I quickly realized there was space for my business. Since I have a personal assistant background to high-profile executives in Hollywood, I knew the importance of privacy and professionalism. This became the underlying theme in developing my business.
WHAT KINDS OF THINGS DO YOU ASSIST PEOPLE WITH?
As a lifestyle and home management company, our clientele consists mainly of busy professionals and frequent travelers. We offer elevated, personalized service to all our clients. Our personal concierge team is here to assist with day-to-day errands, deliveries, personal shopping...appointment setting and wait service for repairmen, service technicians or deliveries… [we] plan, shop, set up and order floral arrangements for home entertainment/ parties. And clients have access to our vetted vendor list and community partners. [We also assist with] general personal concierge services such as reservations: dinner, flights, hotel, car service [and] tee times. For travelers, we ready their home with a scheduled cleaning, restock the fridge and pantry. While they are away, we bring in the mail, newspaper, trash cans and deliveries; water plants; open and close the house for deliveries; and manage work being completed while they travel.
HOW MANY EMPLOYEES DO YOU HAVE?
The Southlake Concierge has two dedicated team members and two part-time. All team members receive the same training. We keep detailed information with each client profile, so clients are guaranteed to receive the same quality assistance no matter what concierge is there to help.
WHAT IS THE FEEDBACK YOU GET FROM CLIENTS?
Working so closely with our clients, we become a trusted partner. Over time, the relationship becomes intuitive and harmonious. Clients trust us with home, family, personal, confidential and security matters. They always express how lucky they are to have our help. That’s our goal!
DO YOU HAVE PLANS TO EXPAND IN THE FUTURE?
I’m excited to announce a new partnership with the Parkview Residence at Town Square. With this new partnership and a few others in the works, I am hoping to add a few more full-time assistants.
