A former Dragon rang the bell during the NASDAQ’s closing day ceremony earlier this month.
An MBA student representing the Cornell Blockchain team, Arvind Venkataraman is a Carroll graduate who competed on “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?” as a high schooler in 2016. More recently, he found himself on a different kind of screen on the NASDAQ marquee promoting his group and their efforts.
“It was incredible getting to see the studio and the giant silhouette in Times Square,” Arvind says. “People were high-fiving us in the street. This is a memory I will never forget.”
