
Chris Tribble's 17-year career with the city of Southlake comes to an end this weekend.
Serving the city since 2006, Chris has been integral in the role of community services director, building out parks and recreation facilities, developing budgets and master plans and expanding the local landscape through properties such as Legends Hall and Champions Club. Under his leadership, the community services department won numerous awards for park planning, construction and recreation programs.
“He has cultivated a caring team where each member understands the critical role the department plays in ensuring a great quality of life for our residents,” city manager Shana Yelverton says via MySouthlakeNews.com. “Because of his work, Southlake residents have numerous opportunities for lifelong memories.”
Chris' last day with the city will be on Saturday, Sept. 30. Deputy director David Miller will begin serving as interim director on Sunday, Oct. 1.
