Last year, SOMOS Southlake hosted its inaugural Hispanic Heritage Month fiesta in Southlake Town Square. According to its website, the event was planned in less than two weeks and was still considered a success, with more than 3,000 attendees enjoying the day's festivities.
This year's event will be held on Sunday, Oct. 2 from 1-7 p.m. in Southlake Town Square. Attendees can once again soak in the culture of 21 Latin American countries that continue to grow and shape life here in the United States and North Texas.
The free, family-forward celebration will include food trucks, restaurant vendors, lively music, dancing, a live mariachi band, art displays and plenty of fun for all ages.
