Southlake Town Square. Get your red, white and blue fix right here! Once again, Southlake Town Square will transform into a family-friendly festival complete with local food, live music, patriotic crafts, balloon artists and more. For the perfect day, spend the afternoon strolling the local shops and festival activities before grabbing a bite and a spot to watch the spectacular fireworks show at 9 p.m. Come celebrate Independence Day the Southlake way. JULY 3
Addison Circle. For 30 years, Kaboom Town has helped DFW celebrate Independence Day in epic proportions. Sure, you'll come for the 30-minute choreographed fireworks show, one of the area's largest, but there's so much more to enjoy all day long. Show up early to claim your lawn space for the evening, then experience a patriotic paradise including local food vendors, live music, refreshments and an exciting Air Show to kickoff the fi eworks extravaganza.
JULY 3-4
Frisco. One day is not enough time to celebrate America's birthday! Frisco Freedom Fest packs it into two, starting with a Hotter ‘n Firecrackers 5k Run, and of course, ending with an unbelievable fireworks show. In between, there'll be a slew of other activities, including the return of Taste of Frisco featuring popular menu items from local restaurants, a Children's Expo with kid-friendly fun, and much more.
JULY 4
Lake Grapevine. Light up your July 4th celebration with a beautiful fireworks display over Lake Grapevine. This 25-minute fireworks spectacular begins at 9:30 p.m. with the designated viewing area at the Grapevine Mills parking lot. For the July 4 fireworks show only, Gaylord Texan Resort's rooftop parking garage will be limited to overnight hotel guests only and not open to the general public. Due to increased water levels at Lake Grapevine, lake parks are closed and will not be available for viewing the show. JULY 4
Fair Park. Keep the entire family entertained all the way up until the fireworks display at Fair Park Fourth. Here, boredom isn't even an option, with live music, water features and access to rides, games and concessions at the State Fair of Texas Midway. Not to mention, as the 9:30 p.m. fireworks show draws closer, even more entertainment arises, from local food trucks to patriotic performances.
JULY 4
Panther Island Pavilion. Said to be the largest 4th of July fireworks show in North Texas, Fort Worth Fourth has a little something for everyone. Love water sports? Check out the Jet Ski and Flyboard shows, or grab a life jacket and go tubing. Seeking a little music? Check out live performance from Party Machine and Larry g(EE). Plus enjoy festival fare and kid-friendly activities like pony rides, miniature golf, a water slide and much more all leading up for a fireworks spectacular at 10 p.m.
