On Dec. 9, Southlake Style held its annual Brian R. Stebbins award reception at the new Westin Dallas Southlake luxury hotel. Following another year of sharing positive, uplifting stories in the community, Bill Webb was honored with the 2021 Brian R. Stebbins Award for enduring community impact. Afterward, Bill spoke to the gathering of supporters and friends about his involvement with the Carroll Athletic Booster Club and supporting Carroll ISD’s incredible athletic programs. The longtime Dragon parent, supporter and fan is the 13th recipient of this prestigious honor.
