The DM Enterprise Group is bringing out a special guest for the ninth annual Dragon Classic.
Held annually at the Grapevine Municipal Golf Course, the Dragon Classic is a golf tournament organized by Carroll alumni to raise funds for CISD teachers. In 2022, the classic donated over $60,000 to Carroll ISD. This year, the tournament aims to raise over $100,000 for Southlake Carroll.
While every tournament features its fair share of golfing, food and special prizes, this year’s event will feature a special performance Texas country artist Wade Bowen. Previously winning Male Vocalist, Single and Songwriter of the Year at the Texas Regional Radio Music Awards, Wade Bowen is known for boot-stomping singles such as “Honky Tonk Roll” and “Hold My Beer” and will perform live after the Dragon Classic’s award ceremony.
