The Carroll Education Foundation celebrated the kickoff to its annual Culinary Celebration last week at The Westin Dallas Southlake Hotel. On Thursday, Jan. 13, attendees brought bottles of wine and gift cards while socializing and enjoying some small bites from the charcuterie board.
