Bass Team
Earlier this spring, 24 young men spent the day fishing at Lake Bob Sandlin in Pittsburg — and two Dragons caught the biggest of them all.
During the Bass Nation Northeast Tournament, Joshua Adams and Dakota Morris notched the biggest catches of the day, with only four basses weighing at 18.89 pounds for a first-place finish. Not only that, but Joshua also managed to catch an 8.59-pound black bass, which earned Joshua the biggest catch of the day along with a $550 check.
Both Joshua and Dakota are members of Carroll’s Bass Team, which fosters a love for fishing and wildlife through a group of seventh to 12th-grade Dragons. You can support or learn more about the organization at CarrollBassTeam.com.
