Crescent City Cocktails adorn the new multi-color Chroma Bar at Copeland's in Southlake.
A fresh and exciting Crescent City vibe now meets the DFW suburbs thanks to a full-on renovation at Copeland's found in the lobby of the Hilton Dallas/Southlake Town Square.
Accordingbrto general manager, Mike Hutchison, thebrjazzy makeover intentionally incorporates a flexible floor plan to accommodatebrlarge groups and private parties.
"Ourbrgoal is to have a restaurant that appeals to the business traveler who isbrdining alone, meeting planner who wants a convenient place to host a groupbrevent, and a fun place for locals to hang out after a Carroll Dragons footballbrgame," he said, noting the restaurant's private dining room is stillbravailable.
A great place to gather after Friday Night Lights, perhaps the most exciting new feature is the 360 degree Chroma Bar that will be lit in Dragon Green, amongst a rainbow of colors. If that isn't cool enough, the bar's frosted taps now serve eight liquors at a chilly five degrees Fahrenheit. With four 50" flat screen tvs the bar and lounge is also the perfect spot to meet up with friends during the big game.
Althoughbrthe look has changed, Copeland's menu of New Orleans-style cuisine remains the same with favoritesbrsuch as eggplant pirogue, jambalaya pasta, po-boy sandwiches and an array ofbrUSDA prime steaks. New menu items will be added later this fall.
