After an impressive 13-2 season where 25 Dragons were named 2023 All-District performers, seven Dragon footballers stood out to the Texas Sports Writers Association in announcing this year’s All-State Team.
Atop the list of Dragons were Second Team selections in tackle Harrison Moore and defensive lineman Dustan Mark. The Dragon offense was also well represented on the Third Team with upstart sophomore running back Davis Penn, tight end Jack Van Dorselaer and kicker Kyle Lemmerman.
Honorable mentions include quarterback Graham Knowles and linebacker Eric Garza.
