Carroll ISD is kicking off its 2022 season with a bang.
After the football scrimmage against Arlington on Thursday, the community will be coming together for a pep rally at Dragon Stadium on Saturday, Aug. 20. According to the district, the party will kick off at 6 p.m. in the Dragon Stadium parking lot, where there will be food, music, kids' activities and a silent auction to win fun prizes. Then at 7:30 p.m., everyone will gather for the pep rally featuring performances from the Dragon band, cheerleaders and the Emerald Belles. After that, the 2022 Dragon Football team will be introduced and give a preview of what’s to come this season.
