Cole Luxury Homes owner Chuck Cole and Texas Rangers Rusty Greer will give a preview of the Grand Slam Home on Monday, March 17.
The Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation will benefit from the $1.3 million luxury residence to further assist baseball fans with disabilities.
Cole will provide a sneak peek tour of the home, which is under construction and expected to be completed this summer.
Additionally, Greer will be onsite to talk about the foundation and the programs that benefit the community.
The preview of the project will be at 11 a.m. located at 6712 Westmont Dr. Westmont Development, Colleyville.
The Tudor style, two-story home will feature a wine gallery, a library, outdoor living area with kitchen, large pantry and prep kitchen as well as a sunken courtyard, a master retreat and a bonus room, which is located on nearly a half acre.
Last June, Cole announced that he was inging together a team of leaders from community-minded local businesses, including First National Bank of Southlake Town Square, Randy White Real Estate Services, Park Place Dealerships and Designs by K.
