The Carroll Lady Dragon and Dragon soccer teams are headed to the state playoffs, adding wins to the regular season records this week in preparation of the postseason. Both teams defeated Haltom on Tuesday.
The teams will play a Class 6A bi-district doubleheader next Thursday, March 26, at Nolan Catholic High School in Fort Worth.
The Lady Dragons face Mansfield at 6 p.m., while the Dragons meet South Grand Prairie at 7:45 p.m. Nolan HS is located at 4501 Bridge Street in Fort Worth.
The boys (9-7-4) have one regular season game left, tonight, facing Hurst L.D. Bell on the home field at 7:30 p.m. The girls (18-2-2) also have one game left, tonight, facing Hurst L.D. Bell, away, at 7:30 p.m.
