During Carroll ISD’s National Signing Day ceremonies held Monday at the Carroll Senior High School auditorium, 17 Dragon athletes signed letters of intent, committing themselves to play their sport in college. Coach Riley Dodge’s football team led the festivities with seven signees, while three signees will be heading to U.S. service academies.
