Last weekend, The Southlake Carroll Varsity Winter Guard made program and school history as they won the title of 2019 Regional Champion at the Winter Guard International (WGI) Dallas Regional Championships.
This achievement marked a first for program, and the team is currently ranked No. 2 against hundreds of winter guard programs competing in WGI both regionally and internationally and No. 1 in their state circuit.
Looking to build on this success, the team will compete in the Tulsa Regional Championships on March 2, and State Championships on March 31. All of this leads up to World Championships in Dayton, Ohio, in April.
The Varsity Winter Guard consists of 17 members. Be sure to congratulate them and wish them luck on their road to the regional championships!
