Baking Techniques

Learn to bake like the pros as we master the perfect techniques for handmade breads, pies, pastries, cookies and cupcakes! Each day we’ll learn a new baking skill from cutting in butter, to making a tea-worthy scone, to perfecting a pie crust for our gorgeous rustic fruit tart, and kneading dough for our signature cinnamon sticky buns. And like all our offerings, we’ll whip up both savory and sweet to keep our budding chefs cheering! $200 per 4-day week or $49 per day. Full week campers receive an apron to decorate and recipe book on the last day. Single day campers may purchase an apron for $10.
