Candlelight Yoga with Organic Wine

Karen will lead an hour long of gentle yoga class by LED candlelight. This class is appropriate for all skill levels, even those who have never tried yoga. Mandy will provide free organic wine tasting. No synthetic pesticides, family-owned, grapes harvested by hand, no added chemicals, no preservatives, no sugar added. We will end class feeling refreshed, renewed and restored - and then will be treated with organic wine and conversation with our fellow yogi friends in our TYR community.
