Kilt-wearing bagpipe players, cowboys on horses and more green-colored things than you’ve ever seen in one place will be at Dallas’s 40^th annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Festival this month! Thousands of people are expected to gather at this event, known as the largest St. Paddy’s Day parade in the South. Cheer on the almost 100 different floats as they go along a two-mile route at 11 a.m., or show up early to enjoy the festival, running from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. This will include everything from food trucks and a beer garden to family friendly activities and exhibitor booths. We may be far away from Ireland, but Irish spirit is alive and well in Texas!
